Innovators – Flat Fee Model

AUA-Based Fee:

• Rate: 1% per annum on Assets Under Advice (AUA).
• Rationale: This option is designed to align our growth with yours. By basing our fees on your AUA, we aim to keep your costs manageable as you grow, and our growth is directly tied to the value we help you build.
• Monthly Calculation: Every month, we calculate your average AUA by averaging the beginning and end-of-month AUA values, then apply the 1% rate divided by 12. For instance, if AUA on December 1 is ₹11 lakh and on December 31 is ₹13 lakh, the average AUA will be ₹12 lakh, resulting in a monthly fee of ₹1,000 (₹12 lakh * 1% / 12).
• GST: Not applied currently, but will be added if GST becomes applicable to our business in the future.
